Training in a small group is a great way to have the support and accountability with your training partners. You will still receive that quality attention just as you would in personal training, and each group is maximum of 4 clients.
Appointments are set as a group. 3-4 clients per group. If you miss one of your sessions, you can make up in another small group if space is available.
Boot Camp: work at your own pace, strength and cardio interval training. Fun, High energy and motivating!
Tabata: A High intensity interval training geared to get your heart rate up in the anaerobic zone for a short period of time. Tabata helps our burn calories during and after your workout!
Nutrition will be a big part of your success as you begin your fitness program. I will assist you in making smarter choices and teach you changes for a better lifestyle rather than a quick-fix diet.
