YOGI JOHNSON
I am a life-long student of health and fitness. When not working with clients, I enjoy golf, pickleball, paddle boarding, Kayaking, acting, working out, and hiking with friends. I look forward to learning each person's story and helping make the fitness journey rewarding and fun.
I have trained people of all fitness levels, including high profile celebrities, corporate executives, pro athletes, senior fitness, challenged bodied clients, cancer survivors pre and post natal clients, clients who just want to be healthy and fit, and those who want to lose weight and /or improve health and wellness. I also specialize in baby boomers working to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals, and I offer the benefit of over 30 years as a fitness professional. I treat each client as an individual and provide training and lifestyle coaching that fits and works for each person's life and circumstances. Along the way, we will laugh, cry and have fun!
I love what I do. I get to help change lives through fitness! It is such a privilege. I look forward to talking to you about your goals and helping you create a path to a fit futur for you.
FITNESS
Private & Semi-Private Training
Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, increase athletic performance or feel more energy, a personal trainer can get you there - safely and efficiently. If you are ready to make a commitment, we will set out on this journey together.
- Travel workouts available for an additional fee.
Small Group Training
Small group training offers a great way to receive support and accountability from your training partners and quality, focused attention from your trainer as you work toward group and individual goals. Each group is a maximum of four clients.
- Appointments are set as a group.
- 3-4 clients per group.
- Missed sessions can be made up in another small group if space is available.
Boot Camp: Core Class & Tabata Class
Boot Camp: Work at your own pace. Strength, and cardio interval training. Fun, high energy, and motivating!
Tabata: A High-intensity interval training geared to get your heart rate up in the anaerobic zone for a short period of time. Tabata helps you burn calories during and after your workout!
Nutrition & Supplement Coaching & Challenges
Nutrition plays a big part in the success of your your fitness program. Let's discuss smarter choices versus quick-fix diets. Menu suggestions and and shopping list appointments are available upon request and a for a minimal fee

'Hard to capture the essence of Yogi’s training in a few short sentences. Her workouts, of course, are amazing and she will push you slowly but surely at each session. Each workout is different so it’s always interesting and always a challenge for the body and mind. I am a physician so I know muscles, but Yogi knows them better and she will target them all, one by one over your sessions, truly engaging the whole body.
She is so good technically that you will always be very safe training with her. Even when we transitioned from in-person to online training, I found that she was just as observant, just as good at making adjustments to my body position and explaining the movements online as she was in person. My fitness and strength have continued to improve uninterrupted with Yogi’s training no matter what medium we train through.
She is genuinely invested in your success and will work not only on your physical fitness but also champion your nutrition goals helping you get the best possible results.
